Right of withdrawal

A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers shall have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which&are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you take(s) possession of the last good(s).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Urtrade GmbH & Co. KG, Hauptstra& szlig;e 41, 53518 Leimbach, Germany, Tel.: 02691 5762203, E-Mail: info@customdo.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification& of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without &surcharge;the customer shall be obliged to reimburse us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of revocation&

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or destination by the consumer is required or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage during transportation 2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
